Learn new skills and gain work experience at a Goodwill Community Store, Book Store, Boutique, or Donation Centre.

Goodwill’s retail stores and donation centres are important parts of our charity that help fuel our mission of changing lives and communities through the power of WORK! Our stores sell second hand, donated, and gently-used items, including clothing, furniture, electronics, household goods, and more.

Goodwill Stores serve a dual purpose: they provide affordable shopping options for individuals and families on a budget, and they generate revenue to support Goodwill’s mission of providing work experience, job training, employment services, and community programs for people facing barriers to employment.

Community members drop off donations at one of our 37 donation centres where Donation Attendants greet them and support them with their donation.

Retail Production Associates sort donations, price items, and move them into the store.

Retail Sales Associates help customers make their purchases and provide excellent customer service to make sure everyone has a positive experience shopping at Goodwill.

There are many roles across our retail and hospitality teams for you to consider! Learn more about what our team members do in their roles.
