Tracy joined Goodwill in 2006 with a background in Sales and Marketing and as an entrepreneur.  Tracy started as a job seeker in our Career Centres and began in a front-line Job Developer role in the Employment Services program. She has since worked in various roles within Goodwill, most recently in senior management roles over the past seven years. 

Tracy is a community-centred leader whose positive attitude continually brings out the best in her teams through her first-hand understanding of the job seeker journey,  and by using analytical skills to help the organization succeed.  She has completed the 80/20 Executive Development course, earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and she holds a B.Sc. in Business Management as well as an Executive Management Certificate. She has also taken part in the Goodwill Industries International Senior Leadership Program.

As the Executive Director, Career Centre, Tracy has been able to grow programming by aligning community need and moving Goodwill toward skills training to fill gaps and better prepare marginalized job seekers for skilled work. Tracy has worked through the Employment Ontario transformation in two separate catchments since the transition began in 2019. She has a passion for client service and assisting people finding work and continually seeks ways to do both.
