Phil is a global technology executive, CIO, and board member with over 20 years of experience leading technology organizations, delivering transformative initiatives in data and analytics, and crafting IT strategies that drive both value and growth.

Most recently, Phil served as Vice President of Data & Technology at OMERS, one of Canada’s largest pension and asset management organizations. His prior roles include Chief Information Officer at Norton Rose Fulbright Canada, Molson Coors Beverage Company, and Aeroplan—Canada’s largest travel rewards loyalty program—following a distinguished 15-year tenure leading technology initiatives at Procter & Gamble.

Currently, Phil is an executive consultant specializing in the modernization of technology and analytics platforms. He advises leaders on building high-performing IT teams and aligning technology operations with business goals to maximize growth and value.

Phil is deeply committed to advancing technology in the community. He serves on the Board of Directors of Goodwill Industries, is a member of the CIO Advisory Council for IDC Canada, and actively participates in the CIO Association of Canada.

Phil holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, an MBA in Technology & Organizational Change from Simon Fraser University, and an Honours BA from Queen’s University. Phil is passionate about leveraging technology to drive strategic value, a passion he frequently shares as a speaker and panelist on topics such as technology trends, innovation delivery, and the Canadian enterprise technology landscape.
