Naz is an accomplished executive with over 15 years of senior leadership experience spanning the non-profit, public, and private sectors. She joined Goodwill Amity in 2022 as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Services, where she led the transformation of key business functions including Finance, IT, Leasing, and Facilities. Under her leadership, Goodwill streamlined financial systems, increased operational transparency, optimized leasing revenues, and enhanced overall organizational performance.

Following the merger with Goodwill Industries, Ontario Great Lakes, Naz now serves as Chief Financial Officer, guiding the organization’s financial strategy and operations through a period of growth and integration. Widely recognized as a high performer and a strategic problem solver, Naz is known for her authentic leadership style, innovative mindset, and ability to build strong, collaborative teams. Her work in rebuilding and empowering the Finance department created a high-performing, values-driven team culture aligned with Goodwill’s mission.

A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Naz will begin her Executive MBA at Trinity College Dublin in September 2025, further strengthening her global leadership perspective. She is deeply committed to financial excellence, operational integrity, and inclusive, mission-aligned leadership.
