Kathy Savage brings a remarkable depth of leadership experience and a longstanding connection to both Goodwill’s mission and the broader employment services sector. During her more than 15 years with Goodwill Amity, she held several progressively senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Employment Services, before departing in 2016.

Since then, Kathy has continued to build an impressive career across the non-profit sector, contributing her expertise to numerous organizations and boards. Most recently, she served as Manager of Operations with Fedcap, the Hamilton-Halton Service System Manager. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively with key funders, including the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS), Service Canada, and Employment Ontario, and has played a significant role in developing innovative fee-for-service models and sustainable service delivery strategies.

Kathy’s extensive leadership experience, sector knowledge, and commitment to employment services position her well to lead the Career Centres into their next chapter, advancing the organization’s vision while strengthening opportunities for job seekers, employers, and communities across the region.
