Specializing in addressing complex challenges, he has catalyzed change in youth employment, climate solutions, and inclusive smart cities. Jerry’s approach combines strategic foresight with human-centred design, transforming seemingly intractable problems into actionable opportunities. Highlights of his career include co-founding the MaRS Solutions Lab and co-founding Opportunity for All Youth (MyStartr) – a national youth employment initiative. He excels in building strategic partnerships and fostering sustainable community growth.
