Meet Our Team

Brad MacDougall was born and raised in London, Ontario. He received his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario in 1996 and master’s degree in Business from the University of Windsor in 1999.

Brad has developed an extensive commercial banking background specializing in small and medium enterprises and currently works with a diversified client portfolio as a Senior Account Manager with RBC Royal Bank.

Brad actively serves the community, most notably as a board member with Goodwill Industries, Ontario Great Lakes since 2000 where he has served as Chair and now currently as Director. He has also acted as a loan advisory committee member for the London chapter of the Canadian Youth Business Foundation. In his spare time Brad enjoys various athletic activities in addition to reading, travel and time spent with family and friends.
