What should I know before bidding?

Items are represented to the best of our ability and are sold “AS IS.” Please contact us before bidding if you have any questions or concerns.

Are the auction items new or used?

The majority of items are gently used, unless otherwise stated. 

What does “AS IS” mean in the item description?

“AS IS” means that the item is sold in its current condition without a warranty or guarantee. 

What happens if I win an auction but fail to complete the transaction? 

You are obligated to complete the transaction if you have the winning bid. Failure to do so can result in penalties such as loss of bidding privileges or account closure. 

Can I pay for my items when I pick them up? 

No, payments must be made online prior to picking up your item. 

Where do we ship to?

 We ship within Canada and internationally through eBay International Shipping, which includes eligible destinations such as the United States, Europe, the U.K., Australia, and more. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, as Canada Post is not one of our primary couriers. 

What shipping carriers do you use? 

 We ship through major carriers such as UPS and FedEx. We currently DO NOT ship via Canada Post. Shipping methods are determined by eBay’s calculated rates and cannot be changed or substituted. 

How long does it take for my order to be processed for shipping?

 All orders are processed within 5 business days of payment. Please note that we are based in Canada and are closed on weekends and Canadian statutory holidays, which may affect processing times. 

What are the criteria for combining shipping for eBay?

•  All items must be from our eBay store.
• The auctions should end within 7 days of each other.
• When you are ready send us a message requesting a combined shipping invoice.
• We will then provide a new invoice with the updated shipping cost. 

Can “Buy Now” items be combined with auction items?

No, “Buy Now” items cannot be combined with other items.

Are there any additional fees for items over $800 imported into the United States? 

Items over $800 that are imported into the United States may be subject to additional duties or brokerage fees that are the buyer’s responsibility.

What should I do if my item is damaged during shipping?

 Please report any damage within 5 business days and keep all packaging and damaged items until a refund is issued. 

What kind of documentation is required for a shipping damage claim? 

Photographs of the shipping label, package, packing materials, and damaged item are required. 

What is your return policy?

 Returns are offered only if merchandise was damaged during shipping or if the item is not as described. We must be contacted within 5 business days of receipt to qualify for a return.

I received my item, but I don’t like it. Can I return it?

Returns are only accepted if the item was damaged during shipping or not as described in the listing. 

What are the hours for local pick-up? 

Local pick-up is available from Monday through Wednesday, 9:00 am-4:00 pm, and on Thursdays and Fridays, 9:00 am-5:30 pm. 

Can someone else pick up my order for me? 

 Yes, but you must contact us in advance with the authorized person’s full name, and they must present a valid government-issued photo ID. 

What happens if I don’t pick up my order within 14 days? 

If items are not picked up within 14 days, they will be re-listed and resold. You will receive a refund for the price of the item, but the handling fee will not be refunded. 

How can I get in touch with customer service? 

The best way to contact us is through our store channel. Please send us a message, and we will reply within 24-48 business hours.
