The Process Improvement Coordinator supports operational excellence by collecting and analyzing data, standardizing procedures, and assisting with process improvement initiatives across departments. This role plays a key part in identifying root causes, documenting best practices, and contributing to more efficient workflows that enhance organizational impact.

What You Will Do
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to support the development and improvement of process specifications, standards, and reports.
- Update written process procedures and maintain documentation (SOPs, progress reports, meeting minutes).
- Assist in process improvement projects and the standardization of process layouts.
- Contribute to systematic problem-solving efforts such as Root-Cause Analysis (RCA) to find and assist in proposing corrective actions.
What We Are Looking For

- Flexibility: able to work at different times, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- We will help coach on these workplace skills:
- Communication: clear and effective interacting with team members and customers to create a positive workplace.
- Problem solving: finding solutions to problems, being accurate, and using simple math i.e. counting, adding and subtraction.
- Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment. Have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations.
- Between 15-30 years of age at the start of employment.
- Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment. Have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations.
- Between 15-30 years of age at the start of employment.
- Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for analyzing data and creating strategic presentations and reports.
- Some local travel required.
- Preferred education: Post-secondary education or enrollment in a related program.
