Power of Work Awards

Goodwill Industries, Ontario Great Lakes recognizes and rewards the outstanding achievements of our team members at our annual Power of Work Awards.  

This year’s Power of Work Awards are hitting the road and coming to the WEST for our in-person live event! Join us at the Retro Suites Hotel in CHATHAM on September 17^th. As Goodwill continues to grow across the province, it’s important our employee appreciation event is accessible for team members in different regions.

We want everyone to have a chance to celebrate and participate! The event will be livestreamed for those who are unable to attend in person, with virtual party kits provided for team viewing parties at Goodwill locations.

When: Wednesday, September 17th

Where: Retro Suites Hotel, 2 King Street West, Chatham, ON

5:00 pm – Social Hour (food and drink available)
6:00 pm – Power of Work Awards Ceremony
7:00 to 7:30 pm – Social time (coffee and desserts available)

Please RSVP by Sept. 2nd to attend or stream the awards! In the RSVP form, you will be asked to indicate if you are attending in person or virtually. We will send you the livestream link and more details closer to the event!

Please note that due to a limited capacity in the event space, only award recipients are eligible to bring guests. We want to ensure that as many Goodwill team members as possible have the opportunity to attend the event.

Goodwill Spirit Awards

[$20 cash prize and a Certificate of Recognition]

Spirit Award recipients will receive certificates and prizes presented by their manager 2 weeks before the event. If you are able to attend the live event on September 17th in Chatham, all award recipients will be honoured as part of the ceremony and group photos will be taken.
