ClothingWorks uses an app which allows you to send referrals and schedule appointments at the same time.

Registered agencies have a login id and a password to send referrals and schedule appointments on our system.

ClothingWorks assists job seekers by helping boost their results during the interview process (providing interview clothing, styling advice, and the increased confidence that comes with it).  Your client must be job searching in order to access ClothingWorks’ services.

Before submitting the online referral form, the person named in the referral must give written consent for you and your agency to share information with ClothingWorks.  This information and referral form is kept confidential by Goodwill Industries, Ontario Great Lakes and the ClothingWorks program.  It’s only used for administrative purposes.

Please note that our referral process has now changed.  You can now refer a client to ClothingWorks as well as schedule the appointment in the same step using the TimeTap scheduler at the top of this page.

For individuals who require a service animal present during appointments, please ensure that the ClothingWorks team is notified by adding a comment to the comment section when making a referral and that documentation is brought to the appointment should it be required.
