Lisa Bowden joined the Goodwill team on April 23, 2007. Lisa has a Psychology Degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Human Resources Certificate from Fanshawe College. Her journey through the financial, manufacturing and small business sectors fine tuned her skills to recognize the similar trends of the human element. Recruitment, performance management, policy and procedure development, labour relations, WSIB claims and Health and Safety programming continue to be her focus within Goodwill Industries, Ontario Great Lakes.
Lisa believes that the success of people and community are the direct results of group creative efforts and a genuine compassion for the human condition; the goal being to ease the path for individuals to acquire the knowledge and outline their personal potential.
